She is constantly thinking of stories she would love to write. Their lack of confidence, in themselves or others motivations, creates a real complication that develops the story quite nicely.The setting is a small Swedish town where being gay is not normal and this adds to the building tension surrounding the new relationship.While there was some repetition of facts or dialogue, it was not overly distracting. Ofelia Gränd is Swedish through and through.
She writes contemporary, paranormal, romance, horror, Sci-Fi and whatever else catches her fancy. She likes to write about everyday people ending up in not-so-everyday situations, and hopefully also getting out of them. This is a cute story about two very different men who have difficulties in their daily lives, either from past hurts or injury and disability. Ofelia Grnd is Swedish, which often shines through in her stories. Review 2: Stars more than 2 but less than 3Firstly I would like to congratulate the author on sharing her story and writing in English this was a brave undertaking, as I imagine syntax and grammar are very different in English than. I think for Peter that would have been good to see. It would have been nice to read about them interacting with Alex friends who were accepting of him & his new relationship.
I’d rather had focused more on the development of Peter & Alex’s relationship. I don’t really like conflict so the things with Nick & the football team bothered me. I’ve read two others but they were sci-fy so I don’t really count them. Review 1: This was technically my first m/m read.
